StarCraft 2 - RSTL #13 Additional rules 13 seasons

11. Additionalrules 13 seasons:

11.1 Empty accounts and Smurfs are not allowed. Any attempt to deceive the rules and MMR will be penalized.

11.2 A player's account must have at least 200 games.

11.2 A player's account must have at least 25 games in the current season (2 or 3 div).
Exception: In the first 10 days refer to last season league/MMR/games.

11.3 2-Division: player must never have reached or exceeded 5600 MMR on EU since the beginning of 2017 (http://www.rankedftw.com).

11.4 The judge can remove the stasus "Player" from the offender by adding a comment.
The manager can return the status after elimination of the violation.

 

The rules start working on 21.01.2018 - That players have time to correct.

  • russia.gifHTT2.LiveToDie - Can not participate in the 2nd division because has reached 5710 MMR since 2017.
  • ua.pngUATeam.ZipperTheFly - Can not participate in the 2nd division because has reached 5774 MMR since 2017.
  • eu.gifIOC2.Blue - Can not participate in the 2nd division because has reached 5755 MMR since 2017.
  • eu.gifIOC2.ACID - Can not participate in the 2nd division because has reached 5832 MMR since 2017.
  • EESC.Rote - Can not participate in the 2nd division in both versions of the rules.
  • EESC.tresdglasses - Can participate in the 2nd division because has a maximum 5598 MMR.
  • EESC.BlackKniGhT - Can participate in the 2nd division because has a maximum 5567 MMR.
  • EESC.Yaw - Can not participate in the 2nd division because has reached 5654 MMR since 2017.
  • russia.gifREG2.Bleack - Participation is allowed until 21.01.2018 (need more games on account).
  • eu.gifECV2.Saixy - Can participate in the 2nd division because has a maximum 5541 MMR.
  • eu.gifECV2.Avilo - Can not participate in the 2nd division in both versions of the rules.
  • eu.gifECV2.Algostu - Participation is allowed until 21.01.2018 (need more games on account).
  • eu.gifIsIMBA2.Snowden - Can not participate in the 2nd division in both versions of the rules.
  • eu.gifIsIMBA2.LEO - Can not participate in the 2nd division in both versions of the rules.
  • eu.gifIsIMBA2.Wordix - Can not participate in the 2nd division in both versions of the rules.
  • eu.gifIsIMBA2.VLS - Can not participate in the 2nd division in both versions of the rules.
  • eu.gifIsIMBA2.CheeseKing -Can not participate in the 2nd division in both versions of the rules.
  • eu.gifIsIMBA2.DonkeyHOT - The position of the player is taken off. the player plays the barcode.
  • eu.gifIsIMBA2.BistorkFans - Can not participate in the 2nd division because has reached 5729 MMR since 2017.
